Neglected Retirement housing/Elder care home with sea views situated in the central parts of the beautiful city of Santa Pola.<br><br>This property is in a neglected state and now needs complete reform. Although it has been sacked, the structure is sound but it will need some money invested in it to bring it back to its former glory. It is conveniently situated only 200 meters from the beach and neighbours with a large supermarket. The airport in Alicante is within 10 minutes.<br><br>The care home has 210 beds distributed on 120 single and double rooms.
